Pre-K Classes

Cherry Valley Brethren Preschool is a curriculum-based preschool using the ABEKA program, a Christian-centered curriculum. Our structured daily program focuses on phonics, math, Bible, and arts and crafts to prepare students for kindergarten. We offer full-day programs designed to build academic skills, spiritual growth, and creative expression in a nurturing environment.

Our school year runs from mid‑August through the beginning of June. Open enrollment begins in March. Applications must be fully completed, signed, and include a completed physician’s report and an up‑to‑date immunization record.

Our hours of operation are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm class starts at 8:30 am.

1/2 Day 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
3/4 Day 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Full Day 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

-Language Arts Phonics and Reading Recognition of name, sound, and picture of long and short vowels and consonants

-Sounding of blends and one and two-vowel words

-Reading of sentences and stories with one and two-vowel words

-Writing of first name
